    TROUT FISH

    TROUT FISH

Kullu Trout is one of the most famous freshwater fish delicacies of the Himalayas, found in the crystal-clear rivers and streams of the Kullu Valley in Himachal Pradesh. Introduced over a century ago, rainbow and brown trout thrive in the region's cold, oxygen-rich waters, producing tender, flavorful, and nutrient-rich meat. Known for its delicate texture and mild taste, Kullu Trout is prepared using traditional Himachali recipes as well as grilled, baked, or pan-fried styles. Rich in high-quality protein, omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins, and minerals, it is a favorite among food lovers and tourists seeking an authentic Himalayan culinary experience.

    Sidu momo chowmin

    Sidu momo chowmin

Our signature Himachali steamed bread made from wheat flour, slow-fermented overnight and traditionally served with desi ghee, dal, or spicy green chutney. A hearty mountain meal on its own.

    Dinning Table

    Dinning Table

A melt-in-your-mouth sweet deep-fried treat made on festive days. Crisp golden outside, soft and fluffy inside — pairs beautifully with a glass of warm milk or evening chai.

    MUTTON LOCAL STYLE

    MUTTON LOCAL STYLE

Local Mutton Curry of Gadagusaini is a traditional Himachali delicacy prepared using fresh, locally reared mountain goat meat known for its rich flavor and tender texture. Slow-cooked with aromatic spices, onions, garlic, ginger, yogurt, and mustard oil, the curry develops a deep, authentic taste that reflects the culinary heritage of the Tirthan Valley region. Unlike heavily spiced curries, this dish emphasizes natural flavors with a perfect balance of traditional Himalayan seasonings. Served hot with steamed rice, chapati, or siddu, Gadagusaini's Local Mutton Curry is a favorite among visitors seeking an authentic village dining experience and a true taste of Himachal Pradesh.

    Apple Orchard Tour

A walk through Himachal's apple country

The Gadagushaini region is one of Himachal Pradesh's most productive apple-growing belts. Our guided orchard tour takes you through neighbouring family-run orchards where you can see how apples are grown, picked, sorted, and packed — and taste fruit that's still warm from the sun.

The tour is included free for guests staying 2+ nights. For day visitors, a small fee of ₹200 per person applies (kids under 10 free). Bookings open from March to November.

    Walk through the orchards
Stroll through rows of apple trees right next to the homestay — learn about local Himachali varieties like Royal Delicious and Rich Red.
    Pick your own apples
During the August–October harvest season, guests can pick fresh apples straight from the tree (small fee per kg applies).
    Photography paradise
Blossoms in April-May, lush green in monsoon, golden fruit in autumn — every season offers a different kind of beauty.
    Sunset over the orchard
End the tour with a cup of masala chai as the sun sets behind the Himalayan ranges, painting the orchard in gold.
