By booking a room at Green Valley Home Stay, you agree to the following terms: (1) Bookings are confirmed only after the owner verifies availability and accepts the reservation. (2) Free cancellation is available up to 3 days before check-in; later cancellations may incur a one-night charge. (3) Guests are responsible for any damage to property caused during their stay. (4) The owner reserves the right to refuse service in case of misconduct. (5) Payment is accepted via Google Pay to the number listed on the website; cash on arrival is also accepted. (6) Check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM unless otherwise agreed.
1. Booking confirmation
All bookings made through this website are subject to availability. A booking is considered confirmed only after the owner has verified availability and accepted the reservation via WhatsApp, email, or phone.
2. Cancellation policy
Free cancellation is available up to 3 days (72 hours) before the scheduled check-in date. Cancellations made within 3 days of check-in may incur a charge equivalent to one night's stay. No-shows will be charged for the full booking amount.
3. Payment
Payment is accepted via Google Pay (to the number listed on the website) or in cash on arrival. We do not currently accept credit/debit cards on the premises. A small advance may be required to confirm bookings during peak season.
4. Check-in & check-out
Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM (noon) and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged on prior request, subject to room availability.
5. Guest conduct & damage
Guests are expected to maintain respectful behaviour during their stay. Any damage to property, fixtures, or surroundings caused by the guest will be charged at actual repair cost. The owner reserves the right to ask guests to vacate the premises in case of serious misconduct, without refund.
6. Liability
Green Valley Home Stay is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to guest belongings during the stay. Guests are advised to take care of their valuables. Trekking and outdoor activities are undertaken at the guest's own risk.
7. Force majeure
The owner is not liable for any failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, road blocks, political unrest, or pandemic-related restrictions. Full refunds will be issued in such cases.
